KRAZI DOORS - BEWARE

My garage door was not functioning properly so I called in Krazi Doors, a so-called specialist on garage doors. I had to pay their service call in advance. They sent a technician who was completely ***********. He did not do even the most basic checks - for example the condition of the batteries for the motor (when I called in a different company, this was the first thing they checked and found that they were damaged). It was a very simple job.

When I took the matter up with Samantha Blignaut, a director of Krazi Doors, she told me that because I had signed the technician's call register I had acknowledged that the job had been properly done and it had been my responsibility to check that everything was in working order. As I am not a garage door specialist, I was clearly in no position to do this. She told me that if the door is still not working, it would be a different job and I would have to pay for another service call. Needless to say, I did not ask Krazi Doors to come back.
