Receptionist with a stinky attitude

I called in to the number on the website which I assumed was an office number. The lady answered and I enquired about the rates and when I said medical aid she went on without giving me a chance to explain that she can't give rates for medical aid. When I finally got a chance to speak and said cash she gave me the rate. Upon asking for available appointment dates I requested a Saturday, she bluntly responded that they don't work on Saturdays. I then asked for a date during the week to which she annoyingly responds I am not in the office please call next week. Why is her house number on the company website and why is she so rude. I will not give business to this place just because of her stinking attitude
