Krauss glass now trading as Bradfield Glass

We were building a new home and were on a time crunch as we had sold our old home quickly. Our builder subcontracted Mark Krauss from Krauss glass. The glass kept on being delayed and we were getting anxious. We found out that our builder had paid Mr Krauss for the glass and he’d simply not ordered it and stuck to the money. He pleaded that he was short of money, so in order to get into our house on time we had to pay for most of the glass again. Despite pleading money issues, he still has private planes, jet skis etc and continues to live the high life. The installation of the glass was **********, the windows were all scratched and all were incorrectly installed. There was no supervision and when asked to come and fix his mess, he simply ignored us.It cost us a fortune to fix his mess AND had to pay twice to get the glass because he stole the money. An out and out *****! He put krauss glass into liquidation, and then opened up another glass company, Bradfield glass but under his wife’s name. This man is a dishonest, ************ operator who *****s hard earned money from people and uses it for his own self gain. DO NOT GO NEAR HIM.
