Order still unfulfilled after 3 months, impossible to contact business, money seems to have been ******

This is my feedback for the following online store: Kratomsouthafrica.co.za

I have made at least 2 successful orders from this store over the last year with no issues or delays. Then I placed an order of R990.00 on the 7th of January 2019. On the 24th of January I received communication that they were changing suppliers and didn't have stock of what I had ordered. They gave me the options of: receiving another product of the same value, receiving a refund, or waiting for the ordered stock. I opted to wait since they said the stock would arrive in February.

On the 8th of March 2019 the order was still unfulfilled, and I requested a refund. As of writing this (3 April 2019), there has been no communication beyond the email on the 24th of January, despite the number of mails I've sent since then.

If I end up receiving communication and a refund from them in the future, I'll remove this negative review. It is my hope that things work out that way, but at present it seems my money has simply been taken, *******ly.
