No feedback, no number, no adress. Kratomsouthafrica.co.za sounds like a ****

On Monday 28 August 2017 I ordered a decent amount of Kratom to be delivered. I paid R415 in total, delivery fee included. This is what their website states:

Under normal circumstances, all orders placed and paid for will be shipped the following business day.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We do not ship during the weekend.

We do not ship on public holidays.

We do not ship to P.O boxes.

Dawn Wing:

Overnight Express (ONX): 24 hours to local areas, 2-3 days to remote areas.

Next Day 24-48 Hours (ECON): 24 - 48 hours to local areas, 2-4 days to remote areas.

To describe this statement...poor.

I have received no notification withing 5 days(Business days)

I have left 3 website "contact us" messages asking for feedback. No reply.

Poor service.

Wonder if I should say bey to that R415.
