Kransvley Farm Resort

We made a booking at this resort and paid our deposit. I have send them emails and tried to contact them on numerous occations requesting our deposit back as we can not stay there anymore due to personal reasons. They don't answer my calls nor reply on email. When trying to phone a gentleman by the name of Andrew keep on saying "you are through to the wrong number". The reviews on their facebook page are not good. I think this is ******** taking peoples money. I would like these place to be investigated and required to have my deposit paid back in full - although they have a cancellation policy I believe they just taking peoples money and don't provide what they need to
