KRANSVLEY FARM BAD EXPERIENCE

THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW - NO ANSWER ON THE FIRST ONE YET???? We made a booking at Modimolle Country House Kransvley Farm Resort and paid our deposit of R700 on the 25 January 2018. From April I have send numerous emails and also made numerous calls to ********** 865(Peter) and ********** 888(Andrew) requesting the booking to be cancelled and to have a refund of our deposit. These people are doing false advertising and when trying to call them they either say the number is invalid or they just don't answer the phone. If you look on the reviews on facebook they don't have any good review and they also give false advertising of how their place looks. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. Thank You
