Good day

Yesterday I visited the doctor as I wasn’t feeling well and he prescribed me Augmentin(an antibiotic) and other medication I went to Kramer’s pharmacy to get the medication, I waited a very long que and when I was assisted the pharmacist(Lukas Van Heerden) he called me up and didn’t even greet me, he just took my script and started punching on the computer...I then asked that he does not dispense some medication as I already have them at home , he just looked at me and went to fetch the medication at the back. He then came with a box of Co-amoxicillin which he had already billed and I had to ask what that was since my doctor prescribed Augmentin! He said to me in a very rude manner “there’s no dose of Augmentin that the doctor prescribed!” I was like ok I understand but you could’ve said that before you charged the medication...he then got angry and told me he won’t dispense my medication and I asked why he then began shouting at me telling me that I won’t find what I’m looking for and all that, he made a scene...because I’m sick I couldn’t argue with him and because he looked mad and was very aggressive I asked that he gives me the rest of the medication I’m looking for except the non existent “Augmentin”. My sister who was prescribed the same medication was in the next cubicle, the assistant pharmacist told her the same thing and also in a rude manner! She literally told them to keep their medication as we will buy them at our usual pharmacy(Dischem). We went back to the car and my mom said she must just get the medication because it was too late to head to another pharmacy...we go back in and we are assisted by another pharmacist and then she started telling us **** too. In my entire life, I’ve never been given an a different form of medication without being informed by the pharmacist and that’s something the pharmacist must do it is highly ********* I’m sorry to say but the pharmacist at Kramer’s are quite ******, aggressive and must learn to know that the customer comes first! An unless nothing is done this will continue for other customers!
