Complain

Bad experience I've ever had from Kramars pharmacy (vander Hoff) I went there to buy meds and as I was about to pay one med felt and breaks ,guess what!!!they made me pay for that med and still keep it by them and when I ask why am i not being given that med since they made me pay for it ,they said they are not allowed to give the clients broken stuff but the client should pay for accidentally breaking anything in their pharmacy but not allowed to take what I've paid for
