Bad attitudes

I bought a nebulizing mask with accessories from kramers pharmacy about R20. This mask did not function properly and medicine spilled out of the holder. Took it back and they did not want to help saying they have to test it first, they tested and according to them nothing was wrong. This mask kept leaking out and started not to nebulize the medicine at all. Here i am thinking why this pharmacy just wont swop out the product. You gonna love this, i step into the pharmacy i ask the girl working there. "Kan ek met jou bestuurder praat" she replies we dont have a bestuurder we only have a manager. All the women workinf under that "bestuurder" has such a bad attitude. They have no sense of customer relations whatsoever. I will personally boycott them and bad mouth them as long as i live.
