Complaint and violation of lockdown rules by Sherrif of the Court and victimization during lockdown - Benoni

Good day,

Kindly note that today one of the sheriffs from Benoni came to my place with +-15 men to attach properties belonging to my wife. Notice was served during level 4 lockdown when I was also in hospital.

Until today I never managed to make arrangements because it was the first time seeing the notice or summons after I came out of hospital. It shows that this was issued or the copy was issued on the 04th of March 2020 and again another stap dated 15 March 2017.

The life of my family was compromised by the man who came close to my family and harassed my family during this lockdown and with a warrant that was issued to me only on the 02nd of June while I was in Hospital to my wife.

To my wife’s surprise they stomped into our property without even wearing musk, some of them and collected my wife’s properties. I was not aware of the debt or claim till 02nd June when my wife told me about it while in hospital at Glynwood Psychiatric hospital in Benoni.

The case no 2/2017 in the matter between Barloworld South Africa (PTY) LTD T. A Avis Rent a Car which was delivered before an address that was known to me 5 years ago as Unit 06A Eastbury Court, 19 Clarence Street, Troyeville, 2139. I stayed in this address in 2015 until July.

Delivery of Notice happened during Level 4 Lockdown and attachment of goods happened during level 3 which all poses risk to my family. At no point I was going to appeal this or went to their office during this lockdown since courts are closed for non essential matters.

Life of my family was sacrificed and also victimised during lockdown strci regulations and goods were taken. The worst is that my wife even provided proof that goods belong to her and they threw aways the papers.

This happened at Unit 67, Santo Domingo complex, 143 president Brand Road, Rynfield, Benoni 1501, Date: 03 Aug 2020
