Shocking Service

My mother passed away in Port Elizabeth on 11 December 2023. Kramer Funeral Homes were tasked to perform her cremation service, which would only take place after payment was made and a doctor's letter was issued. I reside in New Zealand so asked to be informed when the service would take place. I was advised they would do so. After no further communication was received I followed up with her executor to find out was was going on. I then received an email from the owner of Kramer Funeral Homes advising me that my mom had been cremated 3 days before and as he put it. " I apologise for the oversight" No consideration was given for the emotional issues of saying goodbye to my mom
