Unprofessional, *********** and ************* person

I made an appointment at the premises (when Joshua's business was still called Rich Projects in October 2019) and paid my 75% deposit for a set of couches. I was told it would take 4 weeks to complete. At the third week I checked in and Joshua told me he no longer works for Rich projects, Kraken projects has taken over. I went to look online and I saw several negative reviews stating that they never received couches, nor their refunds. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but after 8 weeks he kept delaying and making excuses as to why he missed the deadlines. He sent emails under different names and got his wife to do the same. She claimed to be the "owner" of Kraken Projects. After 2 months I asked when I would get my couches and they said they couldn't tell me. I then asked twice for a refund, which he refused both times. After I escalated the situation he got his mother to contact me under a false name and **** about being a client of his that ALWAYS gets her couches. As if I hadn't been through enough she continued to lie about the situation - I have proof of all the contradictions in the stories. She tried to manipulate me and acted like I was victimizing Joshua when he refused to give back my money after breaching his contract. She even tried to intimidate me by asking if I would meet with his lawyer to sort things out. I agreed but have heard nothing from his lawyer so far. She even blamed the manufacturer that Joshua had a fallout with in October and "guaranteed" that the manufacturer had definitely ****** my money while refusing to prove it. I also found out that Joshua has been doing this for a while. There are a few of his businesses on Hello Peter where he either ran off with people's money under different names or selling poor pieces of furniture, while protecting himself by writing **** positive reviews about his own company. When I confronted her she just dismissed it and "advised" me not to bring up the past because lawyers are involved. Since then Joshua gave me a so called acknowledgment of debt where he expected me to put all my personal details along with terms and conditions that not only favour himself, but are against the consumer protection act. He expected me to sign away my legal rights along with my consumer rights as well as attach a copy of my ID for HIS own purposes, hence I had no choice but to involve a lawyer. All we asked was for a payment proposal, which he refused to give me. He has promised several times in writing to pay on a monthly basis but since December I have not received a single cent, once again proving that he does not respect a written agreement. Bottom line, you won't get your products, you won't get your refund, you are dealing with someone who changes his personal name, business name and contact details everytime he gets caught, breaches contracts, unprofessionally blames for his own incompetence and gets his mommy involved to threaten you and write **** reviews about his company
