Horrible service, job incomplete 11 months later

<p>I used Kraftmade Kitchens (KMK) previously for my entire kitchen, bathroom vanities and patio cupboards a few years ago. During 2016 I contacted them for additional cupboards in my kitchen, changes to the patio and a new walk in closet. The service and response was very quick when we discussing plans and quotes.</p> <p>Once agreed the request for a 50% deposit on all of the 3 pieces of work. I promptly bad this in July 2016.</p> <p>To date the patio and kithen are both incomplete and the bedroom cupboards have not been discussed.</p> <p>KMK removed granite, a portion of which was to be used in the patio, granite has not returned.</p> <p>The designs on the addtional work in the patio for the parts that are complete are the wrong colour and wrong door design!</p> <p>Calls and sms, are never returned.</p> <p>Unfortunately for me, without counting the cost of the granite removed, the 50% deposit paid is more than the value of the kitchen and patio due to the bedroom cupboards deposit being included.</p> <p>So almost a year later, I am left with incomplete work and am out of pocket.</p> <p>I would avoid this supplier.</p>
