Raw prawn pizza

On Sunday evening my Mother in law came to Lenz and she stopped at Krafted Krust to buy a pizza, she ordered a prawn pizza and because they were closing they could've said they can't manage to make it ,yet they made it and the prawns were raw. Now they told her to come back on Tuesday to pick up another pizza , however she is not going to come all the way to pick up one pizza, so we'd luke it to be delivered to us in Bedfordview. If not there is an address in Lenz I can provide and they can deliver it there thank you
