Krafted krust lenasia

Just to place my order I had to wait 20 minutes just to place my order and then almost an hour (58 minutes) before I had to go to get my food.. I then found out that even though it was stated on my slip that I was dining in,my food was placed in a takeaway bag...I then received my food.. it was cold and most of the people who I came with to the restaurant had already eaten and left.
