Waiting time at facility -3 hours
I'm from Johannesburg and my Granny is from Kraaipaan in North West. She had visited us for 2 weeks and today Sunday 14 January 2018 we in Kraaipaan Clinic to get my granny's BP checked and her medication...But you have to wait 3 hours to be attended. We got here at 15H00. It's now 15H50 and we haven't even been asked to write down our names or anything. The 1 nurse who I've only seen is in the canteen apparently on lunch. We have pictures and video footage. The people in this community say they have been complaining but nothing is done. I can reason that we are in the rural areas but this is the only Clinic facility available and only 1 nurse is present to help in 3 hours. What if someone dies while waiting to be attended. What is our government of health doing about such? Im really angry about the service here. The lady Dineo Maiketsho is the one who was sitting in the canteen eating. When asked to assist us she gives us attitude.
