Extremely BAD service and work ethics

I ( Bennie Neervoort from Welkom Container Park) Regret to say that it has been a very long time since I have had such poor service and experienced such bad work ethics from any business or supplier. After paying in full for carpets and blinds to be installed in my work place I was very disappointed in what followed. 1. Carpets were laid from raw floor to tiles that created a ramp in the middle of the room. I was then informed by the owner that if they lift it, we must level the floor ourselves and will be responsible for any damage to the carpets. 2. Some rubble was dumped in the field across the street right in front of my business 3. Most rubble were just left on my premises 4. Quotes were done wrong and I had to call on another company to come and finish the blinds that was left out of the quote I requested.

I paid over R24 000 for 5 windows and 4 carpeted rooms and was treated very unprofessionally.

I strongly recommend everybody to get multiple quotes and to carefully consider before using Kraaines for any carpet or blinds needs.
