Bought two double vouchers from them, but even though then only months old, the cushioning all sank. Returned cushions to them with complaint and they were re-stuffed with more of same fibre making them higher, with the result if sinking again, but this time unevenly!! When your friends visit and would rather fetch plastic chairs from the garden then you know how lousy they are. I explained that I wanted comfort as have a bad back, but didn't expect this. Kraaines is definitely FOR THE BIRDS!! And not even an email address so I shall have to drive 20km each way with this pain. WANT THE COUCHES GONE ASAP
