Bad business practice

I saw a piano which I was interested in,but it was on "lay buy" for three months and had to wait another month to know if it was still available. Few weeks later Kraaines contacted me via wattsup saying it was available again but the price suddenly skyrocketed with 50% from R9995 to R14995. This is not good business practices!
