Bad service from Auto-Electrician @ Kraaifontein Towing

My panel van would not start and I asked Chadley (Auto-Electrician @ Kraaifontein Towing) for assistance. He came out and found that I had a solenoid issue and asked for payment to obtain the part. I made the payment he requested and then he started with excuses that he was too busy and its more than a month now and he still has not come out or reimbursed my money and also refuses to answer my WhatsApp messages or phone calls.
