Bad service at Kraaifontein day hospital

A sister (husband did not take name) sent a severly ill patient (my cousin) away to come and get help the following day at 6am. This patient could not eat for 6days, vomit food out, sweat at night, sore throat could not walk. This sister said to come the following day or to call the ambulance.

Calling metro ambulance on call *** a guy with the name of Anele was extremely rude asking what difference an ambulance would do. The drivers also gave us a hard time and the amount of stress gave me a panic attack whilst 7months pregnant. They eventually took my cousin to the hospital and she was released pass 4 that day.
