Poor workmanship, bad attitude.

Got a quote to have some cupboards manufactured and installed. Did not arrive on the promised day, did the install very poor. Came back to repair, arrived late, rushed it, and made it even worse. When confronted in a polite way, put the phone down on me, refunded my deposit and refuses to speak to me.
