Please Help me.

dealer refuses to pay or transfer my money back.i have reported it to the police and i have not been helped at all,please help me.<br> <br> I tried buying a car from a company in Goodwood named KPM motors,I had wanted to buy a Chevrolet Cruze but fell short due to my salary,I spoke with a gentleman named Ronald,a salesman,I explained to him that I wanted to buy a car,he asked if I had cash,told no,he instructed me to go to the bank and make a loan,he offered to take me there,we went there,sadly I did not qualify for an amount for the Cruze I had wanted but qualified for R60 000,I transferred the money to their account,we went back to the garage where I met the owner,Shaun Pharaoh,who told me about a white Golf 4 Gti,we agreed on the Golf4.I waited and waited for the car but never received until I was called to come get the car only to find out that it was not the car we agreed on,It was now some black Golf that needed to be taken to the mechanic for cv joints that were broken and needed to be fixed,I requested to get my money back and that is where my misery began,He told me He will give me the money when he has it or when he sells the same Golf that needed to be fixed.Please help me.
