very poor customer service

I would never recommend this KPK Lodge to anyone. The service was very bad and the owner does not treat her customers with respect. There was no hot water at night and in the morning the water pressure was very low.

The owner knocks at people's room in the early hours of the morning because she does not know or understand the online booking as she was demanding answers from us as to how did we book.
