Terrible experience and service !!!!

I orderd their hair on the hair on the 12th of August… the hair was supposed to arrive in 8-10 days. I received tracking no only one the 16th of august with the item not coming from their offices but all the way from China. I sent message with screen short to make sure if that was correct and they did not respond. On the 7th of September I enquired again and they said the delivery people have been trying to contact me and Couldnt get through..🧐… the following day the parcel was delivered and guess what … it was a wrong order or wrong weave … I tried to contact them again and they completely ignored my messages…. Their service and way to communicate with their clients is horrible,they are late and rude and so not care about a clients well being but only chasing money… now I am stuck with a weave that I hate and is not what I ordered …. They suck shame….
