I bought a wig which was not good quality, they asked me to send it back. When they received it they agreed that it was not good quality and also agreed to send me new hair. For months I was enquirying about my hair with no response. Until finally they contacted me and said that they are new owners and they old owners did not let them know about this. They said they will get into COntact with the old owners and get back to me. It's been a year and a half now and when they do finally contact me they are rude and abnictious. I explained that the owner I have nothing to do with the ownership structure and would like a refund or my wig. Did they not reply by telling me that they will not read my essay.

Ladies beware sometimes you want to support black business and this is the kind of ******* you get.
