KPA's negligence

KPA doesn't deserve a single star. A lease agreement was released for Central University of Technology students to complete and hand in to their Landlords/Agency for them to submit to the Institution for Nsfas accreditation. As a private company, KPA is very much fami**** with the requirements of Nsfas accreditation but failed to maintain basic documents such a SARS Tax clearance. KPA took me in knowing that I am an Nsfas student but failed to provide me with a tax clearance in order for me to get funded. When I then took this matter to KPA and asking for a tax clearance to be brought to the Institution, Denise Viljoen whom is the general Manager and the owners Wife went on to tell me that they're tax clearance is expired and that we should wait for Monday (6 June 2022) knowing very well that the closing date was on the 4th of June 2022. I got declined funding because of KPA's negligence. My parents won't be able to afford rent for the rest of the year, they had hope and the assurity that I was going to get funded but KPA took that privilege away from me. What is worse is that their not showing any remorse for their responses to my cry as one of their agents Brandon told me that there's nothing that they can do. May I please get an email where I can send proof of our plea for the tax certificate and show how nonchalant and ******** they were about the matter.
