Despicable Customer Service

KPA Student Accommodate are the most arrogant business I have come across. I am unemployed and my son is at UFS staying at KPA Student Accommodation. I borrowed money to pay them from January to June while waiting for NFSAS to pay. NFSAS has now paid KPA, and continues to pay them monthly however they are withholding my money and cited that they will reimburse me once they receive payment from NFSAS, they are now quite and I sent 'proof of payment from NFSAS
