KP - Koela Projects (Werner Koekemoer) - ROOFING Such a *****. He calls himself a "roofing specialist". This could not be further from the truth. I paid him a very hefty deposit to repair my roof. It took him approximately 6 months (with excuse after excuse) to finally get here and start repairs. He came sporadically (with numerous excuses as to why he couldn't get here), or when he felt like it. The job is only half done (he didn't even do the job according to the agreed quote) e.g head wall flashing is incomplete, he used nails to fix the sheets instead of *****s and washers and never refitted the roof tiles (they are still piled up in my back yard. The only thing that is up to standard is the IBR sheeting which I paid for. The roof is still leaking and the ceilings are damaged, cracked and need repairing. Recently 3 of the tiles (they are clay and heavy) just fell of the side of the roof, smashing onto my floor tiles. I could've been seriously injured. I sent him a very stern message. He never offered to come and fix it and now he has blocked me. If anyone needs roofing done or fixed and this person's name comes up do not use him unless you're prepared to flush thousands down the toilet.
