Default by Kouro Property Group

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the failure of KOURO Property Group to fulfill their obligation of repaying the investment made. Despite initially accepting the investment, KOURO Property Group has failed to uphold their commitment to repay the investment as agreed upon.

The timeline of events is as follows:

KOURO Property Group initially extended the loan for six months, indicating an intention to repay the investment within that timeframe. Subsequently, KOURO Property Group suggested a restructure and a reduced interest rate, with repayments commencing in December 2023 based on their restructured terms. An alternative payment plan was suggested, which KOURO Property Group only accepted the interest rate adjustment while maintaining their repayment profile. However, at a minimum, KOURO Property Group has not initiated repayments according to their suggested schedule. Furthermore, KOURO Property Group's rejection of our proposed payment plan and insistence on only commencing repayments on signature is unacceptable as an agreement is already in place. This delaying tactic is unjustifiable and unreasonable. It is essential for KOURO Property Group to honor their financial obligations and adhere to the agreed-upon terms without imposing additional conditions. The current situation is causing undue financial strain and uncer*****y for us.
