Kouga partnership hospital poor service

Hello I am James Kamte . I AM LIVID . I dropped my brother off at Kouga Partnership Hospital today at 2pm as he was in a critical state seeking medical attention.I came to pick him up again now at 20:45 pm and he is still queuing, 8 hours later. He has been here literally whole day unattended to and to no solid explanation as to why that is the case. Imagine leaving a person in a critical state with expectation that he will get the help he needs, and care givers have no proper explanation as to why he is not assisted. care givers need to do better to ensure the safety of their patrons. this is totally unacceptable and to careless of the hospital to not help patients until this hour. There are other patients standing in queues since the morning.THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND PEOPLES LIVES ARE IN DANGER WITH THIS NONSENSE AND LEV OF INCOMPETENCY
