KOUGA MUNICIPALITY - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been sending email after email to Kouga Municipality phoning them almost everyday and no answer..... spending money each and everyday to clarify issues I have with my account... WHY WONT ANYONE JUST PICK UP A PHONE OR REPLY ON MY EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RATES AND TAXES PAID IN FULL AND STILL I OWE THEM MONEY I WILL NOT BE PAYING MY BILL AND WAIT FOR THEM TO CONTACT ME...
