Pathetic Real Estate Service

Poorest service ever. Wish I could rate this business a -10/5. Where in your life have you seen that a Real Estate business only works strictly form 08:00 - 17:00. Not willing to work an hour longer just to accommodate the clients for a viewing, as the clients ALSO work till 17:00. Kotzee Property Warehouse is simply the laziest and most pathetic real estate I have ever seen in my life. They do not work on weekends ( not willing to make time ), they do not answer your messages when wanting to reschedule a viewing, and they are just not hard up for ANY work. If you do not follow their time schedule between 08:00 - 17:00 they are just simply not willing to help you. Their way or the highway. I will NOT recommend this Real Estate agents to ANYONE. Not to rent from them, to sell your house through them or even buy a house through them, 'cause you will be wasting your own time. I have tried phoning the owner of this business to complain about the agent that simply refuses to schedule a viewing after 17:00 , and with no shock at all, went straight through to her voicemail. They should not be in Real Estate AT ALL!!!!!!!
