Bad service

This people don't care about their clients the only thing they care about is the rent money we paying them,it's been months now we've been asking to put security door but they haven't responded the only respond I always get from the agent is that she's still talking to the owner,it's today I find out that she thought I wanted the owner to pay for the security door and I said this from the start that my husband will pay for the installation
