This kotex brand burnt me for the first time ever

I bought new products of pads from kotex as I use their brand, this time there was a promotion at clicks for 3 for the price of 2, promoting new brands, so now I started having a rash it moved from my privates to the ******* area then my thighs, I had no idea what it was, I thought I ate something but I went to the dr they gave me medication and allergex but as soon as I change my pad I got more worse. I cant show all pictures but i have few showing just a bit without revealing too much. I then got worse and it even changed to dark and am very light skinned and my aunt told me to change my pads and use a different brand and see and the rash went away slowly and now am left with a dark mark and am so insecure.

I need an answer kotex what product do you have in these new brands pads that is harmful to our privates and I need you to fix this. I choose not to go on social media and just find a way to ask you to help rectify what you did wrong without any drama or attention.
