Faulty panty liners

I'm a regular kotex panty liner user and I'm suffering as we speak. I bought 2 boxes of the unscented panty liners last week at a local checkers and as I'm writing this, I'm sitting with an infection because of the panty liners. I started getting a reaction the second day after using them and my cousin also had a similar reaction from them I don't know what's happening but please look into it before more women and girls get sick
