Wrong orders packaged

This is becoming a habit!!! Two weeks ago I order 1 mild and 1 hot pregos. The waiter brought the food without tags. Asked how I must identify them. She took them back and it was labelled. Got home both are HOT. Today I Ordered a Shawarma I got Prego instead!!! Must I know open the pack's before I drive off because of inefficient staff? Benoni Kota Joe sucks!!!
