Honestly the service can be way better, ordered 6 rib n wing combos after waiting for over 45mins i decided to complain about the waiting time, the manager did nothing at all to resolve the issue. Only after waiting this long period did they then think of telling us that our order had a delay of 35mins. We ended up canceling the order. There was no remorse for having wasted so much time and the manager’s tone was off especially considering you are talking to a paying client... I wouldn’t recommend any1 go to Kota joe eastrand
