Quality and Incorrect order

I have visited three different Kota Joe branches, Edenvale ; Boksburg and Wonderboom. The quality of the Wonderboom branch is questionable, as the Kota was not the same quality as the other two branches' Kota's. My second visit now I mentioned the previous order's quality of which was said it will be mentioned to the kitchen. I ordered 3 x Chicken Strips Kota's and to my surprise now when I opened the take-away bag when I got back at work , got 3 x Chicken Shawarma's. The quality is at least better this time, but still not what was ordered. Highly doubt that I will go back to the Wonderboom branch anytime soon.
