Poor Experience

we bought food to over R600 from Boksburg branch. The food didn't smell right but they said its the packaging. When i arrived home with the food we emptied the food out the boxes and it didn't smell. following morning my whole family was sick and doctor said its food poisoning. we contacted Tina from Kota Joes Head Office and all she did was "WE SORRY HERE IS A VOUCHER OFF YOUR NEXT PURCHASE"
