Kota joe Boksburg bad client service

Good day

I would like to let you know that me and family and friends will never ever visit your branch in Boksburg again , today the 15/08/2020 we had the worse client service from a MANAGER and WAITER and the way we were treated as clients were disgusting.

After waiting for 10 min to get helped we managed to place the order , after placing the order we waited another 50 min to get served 2 milkshakes and a additional 20 min waiting for a pizza and a kota and chicken burger ,then the waiter came with the food and the order was wrong and only a pizza and kota was served and no chicken burger , i then asked to speak to a manager , the manager by the name of ANTON came to our car with a stinky attitude and after explaining myself and telling him my order was incomplete he did not answer me or helped or try to sort the issue out he walked of and through the slip at the waiter and then the waiter gave us the card machine to pay and to tell you that this is unacceptable and if this is your values and how you treat clients then you can count on me and my family and friends to never visit your branches again and maybe some advice your manager Anton has a **** attitude and if he continues to treat clients like this he is going to cost you to loose alot of money and clients . I am disgusted with him and what happend today , me and my family always go to this branch to eat and to relax and this idiot Anton has made me see that we as clients dont mean **** to your business.I am also advising you that i will be sharing my experience with one of my friends that is a journalist for the Boksburg paper and Kempton Express and i will make sure that i will share my Bad experience with the whole of boksburg , germiston and kempton park , maybe ANTON will learn a lesson that he needs to treat a client like gold because the client pay his salary at the end of the day.
