Incomplete order Edenvale Kota Joe

Incomplete order from Edenvale Kota Joe branch.

From our order, both (ribs and wings & chicken strips) KJ basket combos do not have onion rings. The ribs and wings combo have a small portion of ribs and wings compared to the usual portion.

This is very upsetting because we paid R400 in total for our bill and by the time we arrived at home, the branch is already closed and there is no one to assist.

The following morning I called the manager and he said that the Durban branch burnt down so they don't have onion rings. I told him that they are supposed to make people aware / remove it from their menu. He said they added more chips, I told him I didn't want more chips as we had loaded chips on the side so our dinner was just a whole bunch of chips which was not nice because they had to afford us the choice and they didn't.

He said they can't do anything about the burnt down factory and he laughed and said alright bye. I told him it is not alright and he hung up.

There was no sense of remorse or means of rectifying the issue. This is terrible and upsetting!
