How long does it really take to serve an icecream.

I had heard so many good things about Kato Joe, I moved to the area not so long ago and thought why not go and see today. We ordered two ice creams. An hour later after people had been served and gone. We decided to go and complain, because it is rude just to drive off right?! We waited so long because we were hemmed in by other cars for a while. We were going to order food for those at home. When we went to complain... they couldn't find our order. Thank goodness we hadn't ordered the other meals. Which would have totalled about R600 . Plus the icecream order. The waitress wouldn't own up. I won't go there again. It would have been nice to experience the good things. But I'm not sure if there are any
