Horrific service

<p>The food was really good( edenvale) , but I am apalled by the staff, I was there with three friends and we asked for the bill, so we got the bill and we ask can we rather have the cokes which we allowed to refill and we ask what is the price, so she states R 17.50 , So we asked if its possible that she just adds the 2.50 for each coke since we bought cokes for R15.00. So she says yes thats fine and everythings allright, so she comes back with reffilled cokes and brings a new bill of R50 with the original one. So we pay for the original and the extra 2.50 for each drink. Then she asked why we arent paying ,so we stated we agreed on this earlier and then she starts shouting at myself and my friends that she explained that it was a new bill(which she did not) and we calmly spoke whilst she raised her voice at us, with frustration we payed giving no tip. Im appauled by the staff and you have lost a regular customer and wont recieve any recomendations from me.</p>
