Do NOT punish yourself

We ordered a steak roll and a haloumi wrap at the Boksburg branch. This was around 14h30 so they were not that busy. <br> <br> The waiter brought the bill before the food came WHAT FOR??? God alone knows. <br> <br> We waited for around half an hour and when we got home found that the food was cold as in almost fridge cold. <br> <br> Now I asked for a medium steak on the roll and was told on the phone by Joe (manager obviously) that it is made fresh. Utter BULL. How do you make a steak fresh to medium cooked and it be cold as in from a fridge within about 5 minutes after serving???<br> <br> Also let me tell you that the steak is cooked in water, yes boiled. Who cooks steak like that? <br> <br> This is singularly the WORST steak roll that I have EVER had. I had to heat it in the microwave as well as add some spices to give it some taste. <br> <br> Is it not so typical of a place to lose out on and not worry about the quality of their product once they have gained the fame and following and not be the same as when they opened????<br> <br> Way to go South Africa, once again it's not about customer satisfaction. Only about making as much money as quickly as possible. <br> <br> I for one will NEVER eat at a Kota Joe again.
