Dirty String in my food 🤮

I am so disappointed… bought a Kota Joe Boksburg on Saturday and found a dirty string in it. I was so disgusted cos we pay so much and expect quality food but then we find dirt in our food. Makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like really!
