Chicken shwarma without chicken

My friend and I went to kota Joe ghandi square today. What a disgrace! I ordered chicken shwarma kota, the packaging had sauce all over it but we still went to sit down and eat. When we get there the tables are all dirty, fine we cleaned we are black after all. On top of all that my chicken shwarma had no chicken. Then the cashier does not even offer an apology for all that has happened. When I wanted to complain SUZAN the manager was not there. I am disappointed and would never recommend kota Joe to anyone.
