3rd time getting cold and stale food

<p>1st time was Kota Joe Boksburg. The hamburger meat was like rubber, bite into it and the meat only flexes. 2nd Time was Kota Joe Edenvale. Again, hamburger kota ordered. Meat was still frozen with the plastic on!!!!! 3rd Time was Kota Joe Edenvale again. Now, I reserve a special place for this kota joe. They more than a few times delivered cold food to me (I am 10 metres away from the roadhouse). Ordered a Curry and Rice this time. It was ice cold. 3 pieces of meat in and 2 pieces of potatoe. The rest was just abundance of sauce and rice. COLD!!!! Complained with waiter, told him the food is cold and I wont buy there again, he just said ok and turned around. Tried to phone their manager....because he is not in until 12pm........guess what, cannot get hold of them. THIS KOTA JOE FRANCHISES IS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES ALL AROUND. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN.</p>
