Dry, stale, oily.....we pay money for this????

We went to Kota Joe Edenvale tonight for the first time in a very long time as we always enjoy their food. Got a KJ with the Vienna and a Kota with chicken strips with cheese sauce. And cheese and garlic fries. My KJ string chips was extremely oily, and they taste old. Usually they are crispy and full of flavour. Bun was also hard, old. I ended up eating only die Vienna. The Kota was cold inside, chicken strips was definitely refried. As for it was so hard and super dry. I won't go back. We pay good money for quality and this is what we get.
